Shipping & Delivery
Where I Ship
I ship within the United States only. I do not ship internationally.
Shipping Costs
Shipping cost for seeds is a flat rate of $5 regardless of the size of the order. Shipping costs for live plants are based on the size and total weight of the items as well as your location within the United States. This is calculated at checkout. Garden accessories are also based on total weight of the package as well as your location, and that will be calculated at checkout as well.
How I Ship
Seed orders are sent out USPS First Class mail with a tracking number. Please note there might be shipping delays depending on the time of year or the state in which you reside. I am not responsible for these delays. You can track your orders on your Orders page in your account, should you choose to make an account. You will also receive an email in which you can track your order.
Live plants are shipped USPS Priority Mail and can also be tracked on your Orders page or via the email you receive with the tracking information. Please note that I am not responsible for damage to live plants due to shipping delays.
When I Ship
Seed orders are shipped year-round and are sent out within 2-3 business days upon receipt of your order. They are sent via USPS first class package mail.
All pre-orders for live plants, tubers, and rhizomes begin shipping in mid-April of each year, regardless of your growing zone. If you live in a colder zone and need your plant shipped at a later date, please include the date you would like it shipped in the ‘Order Notes’ on the checkout page. I am not responsible for damaged plants due to harsh weather conditions. Live plants will be available to purchase online through May 31st of each year. Please be mindful of the heat/humidity conditions of your area during May as I am not responsible for plants suffering from being shipped in weather that is too hot. I do my best to make sure they are well hydrated before they leave, but there is only so much I can do. This is why I do not ship live plants after May 31st. Plants, tubers, and rhizomes are sent via USPS priority mail.
Damaged Packages
I go to great lengths to ensure your plants are packaged so they arrive in excellent condition. Should your plants arrived damaged by the postal service, where the box shows visible damage, please take a picture of the unopened box and a picture of the item inside the box. Email these to me within 48 hours of receiving your package by replying to your order or shipping confirmation. I will either issue a refund or replace the items if I have more in stock.
