All sales are final. Due to the nature of the products, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.
If your plant has been damaged by the postal service during shipping, you must take a picture of the unopened, damaged box as well as a picture of the damaged plant inside the box within 48 hours of receipt in order to receive a replacement or refund.
Customer assumes responsibility for the care of live plants and seeds when they are received. I, The Southern Gardener, am not responsibility for the mishandling of plants or the failure of plants/seeds due to the buyer’s actions.
