Refund and Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for live plants or seeds. The only exception to this would be a package that has been damaged by the postal service during shipping. In order to get a refund or replacement item (if one is in stock), you will need to take a picture of the damaged, unopened box and a picture of the plant inside the box within 48 hours of receipt. You can email these photos to me by replying to your order confirmation email or the shipping notification email. If you do not have either, please contact me through the form on my contact page.

I am not responsible for damaged plants due to harsh weather conditions and do not offer refunds for such. To avoid cold or heat damage to your plant, you can request it be shipped at a different time than when I automatically ship plants, as outlined on my Shipping & Delivery page.
