How I Process Orders

Here’s a quick explanation on how I process orders for local pickup here on Southern Gardener.

I do not have an actual store in which customers can visit and shop. This is a hobby for me, so I would prefer people not come to my home. I have set up local shopping for those in the Gadsden, Alabama and surrounding areas in which you can pick from 3 designated locations in which to meet me for your order. That schedule can be found here: pickup locations with days and times.

When you go through the checkout process, you will have the chance to select the location of your choice, along with the day and time you prefer. I will bring all orders to that location at that specific time. Since all orders are paid in advance, I will only be at each scheduled location for 10 minutes. Should you be running behind, your emailed order confirmation will have my phone number in which you can call to let me know. I can then either wait for you or reschedule the pickup.

Time slot cutoff time is 2 hours before a scheduled time, and there is a $5 order minimum.

Once your order has been picked up, you will get another email confirming it was picked up. I do not add your information to any mailing lists. The only emails you get from me will be regarding order details.
